Paul Wilson will be presenting on “Chapter 40B Update” at the Real Estae Bar Association’s upcoming lunch forum. The forum will address changes to the interagency Chapter 40B Regulatory Agreement, the limited dividend period and cost certification calculation; basic concepts utilized in evaluating designs under Chapter 40B Design Principles Handbook (January, 2011), and recent and pending cases and developments of interest in the 40B arena.
