Mintz represents one of the world’s leading media and entertainment companies in its acquisition of a site in Needham, Massachusetts for its new broadcast studio, media, and office location in the Boston market.
The Approach
The media and entertainment company acquired a former industrial site, now a separate condominium unit in a master development, which the company will redevelop. Mintz’s representation included advice and counsel on purchase and sale, title, condominium, land use, and restriction issues. We also assisted with a construction management agreement with the master developer.
The Outcome
Our client, the media and entertainment company, completed the acquisition. This will allow the company to create a new regional headquarters and broadcast location in a convenient, high-visibility location.
