Communications and Real Estate

A group of our attorneys have a niche practice at the intersection of communications and real estate, representing building owners, service providers and tenants in leasing and licensing of rooftop locations, wiring for communications services, leasing and co-location on freestanding antenna towers, and leasing of communications switch facility or carrier hotel leases and co-location facilities.
