We have represented scores of clients in private-party cost recovery and contribution actions. Our private party cases have involved claims of off-site damage, including property damage and bodily injury. We have handled a number of Superfund cases that made new law, both on the trial and appellate levels, in state and federal courts.

Our attorneys have also represented clients before the DEP and EPA in negotiations concerning remedy selection and implementation issues and allocations among potentially responsible parties (PRPs). Our Superfund representation has included work with PRP groups, including chairing such groups and handling internal, as well as external, negotiations.
