We handle a broad array of real estate disputes on behalf of our clients, including land use permitting, landlord/tenant, environmental, contract, telecommunications tower siting, eminent domain, and access disputes. Our attorneys have won at trial in jurisdictions throughout the New England states on behalf of property owners. Among our recent successes is a groundbreaking decision adopting the development community's desired interpretation of a Massachusetts zoning statute, the successful representation of a property owner with a $30 billion portfolio in a multiweek trial in Connecticut involving disputes with shopping mall tenants, and a variety of wins for the Central Artery/Tunnel Project, otherwise known as the Big Dig.
