As communications regulatory counsel in a wide variety of transactions, we work closely with in-house and independent corporate counsel. We have comprehensive antitrust skills in all areas of trade regulation practice, from counseling and transactional representation to litigation and administrative proceedings.

Intellectual Property

Clients look to us to leverage our comprehensive intellectual property expertise, in trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, and unfair competition, to represent clients in registration proceedings, counseling and licensing procedures, and trial and appellate litigation.

Our Corporate lawyers serve as advisors to our clients in diverse financial transactions globally.

Real Estate

We have the largest specialized expertise in the United States serving the real estate-related needs of communications clients, including property owners, service providers and tenants, in a wide range of matters.

Comprehensive Industry Knowledge

Our practice includes several former government officials, including a former FCC Chairman, who have first-hand familiarity with the telecommunications industries and mass media and the legal frameworks and policy processes that shape them. Additionally, several of our attorneys have served in positions such as senior counsel to the Subcommittee on Telecommunications and Finance in the U.S. House of Representatives, administrative assistant to the chairman of the FCC and in high-ranking positions in the FCC's Common Carrier Bureau, Office of Plans and Policy, and Office of General Counsel.
