Mintz Associate Marguerite McConihe will be speaking on a panel entitled, "IP Advice for Tech Startups."
An important consideration for tech startups is protecting the IP rights of their products and services. The panelists will provide advice and stories to today’s tech startups on protecting their IP rights. Topics include: considerations in determining whether IP protection is needed, types of IP protection, and costs, deadlines, and processes for protecting IP rights in both the U.S. and internationally.
