Mintz associate Valerie Phan will be speaking at the upcoming 2022 Young Lawyers Seminar, hosted by the Defense Research Institute in Atlanta, GA from June 22nd, 2022- June 24th, 2022. Valerie's presentation, titled "Crafting Your Story: How to Develop and Assess the Facts as You Work Up the Case" will focus on best practices and strategies for working up a case from the time the case is initially handed to the associate, including initial fact investigation, written discovery, and initial fact development as part of an overall strategy to develop a theme and advance the client’s story at deposition, mediation, trial, etc.
