Member and Founding Chair of Mintz’s Immigration Practice Susan J. Cohen was quoted in an article published by Boston Magazine on Boston’s booming tech sector, which depends on a dwindling number of highly skilled foreign-worker visas. In the article, Ms. Cohen suggested that employers might consider litigation as a way to get the government’s attention on the issue: “After all, she says, if employers significantly increased their challenges to visa denials in court, the administration might be convinced to change its approach.”
