Mintz Attorney Daniel I. DeWolf to Moderate Panel at Soho Loft’s Innovative Investing Symposium 2013

Daniel I. DeWolf, Co-chair of the Venture Capital & Emerging Companies Practice Group of Mintz, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky, and Popeo, P.C., will be moderating a panel at the Innovative Investing Symposium presented by The Soho Loft (TSL) at the Thomson Reuters PartnerConnect event held April 3-5, 2013 in Boston, Massachusetts.

Mr. DeWolf will be moderating a panel on April 5 entitled, “Secondary Markets and Private Company Stock Strategy.”

The Innovative Investing Symposium will provide cutting edge workshops, forums and conference sessions on alternative and innovative investing. These are game-changing venues and avenues to help investors foster and explore the new markets and capital access tools to bridge gaps in the system. Mr. DeWolf has more than 30 years of corporate transactional experience, both as a lawyer and as a businessman, and has been an advisor to many emerging and developmental stage companies. His practice focuses on representing emerging technology companies, venture capital, private equity, sports and entertainment, corporate governance, and general corporate law. In addition to his active legal practice, Mr. DeWolf is an adjunct professor of law at the NYU Law School and he has a wealth of experience in private equity and venture capital, having co-founded Dawntreader Ventures, an early stage venture capital firm based in New York.
