In an article published by The Wall Street Journal, Mintz Member and Founding Chair of the firm’s Immigration Practice Susan Cohen discussed how U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services can’t access millions of a-files because they are stored by a separate agency, the National Archives and Records Administration, which has largely closed its storage centers due to COVID-19.
