She is a key member of the leadership team that is integrating the organization with Bristol-Meyers Squibb, which acquired Amylin in August. Earlier she served as HR Director at Coopervision, Inc., where she was instrumental in supporting the integration of the newly acquired Ocular Sciences organization, maintaining key personnel and leading numerous projects to effectively reorganize multiple sites around the world.

Laurie Chua
HR Regional Director for the California Employers Association (CEA), has over 20 years of HR experience in both small and Fortune 50 companies. As a strategic HR professional, Laurie uses her strengths in employee relations and retention, compensation, policy development, HR Technologies, and performance management to resolve even the most challenging issues.

Mitch Danzig
Attorney with Mintz Levin, practices in the Employment, Labor & Benefits, Litigation, Israel Business and Intellectual Property Sections. Mitch is also a member of the firm’s Policy Committee. He has extensive experience in employment law and in intellectual property litigation and complex commercial litigation.
