Karen Lovitch will co-chair the Health Care and Life Sciences Law 2012 seminar presented by PLI. Gary Bacher will present the session, "Health Care Reform: Where Do We Go From Here?"
In his session, Gary will discuss the following topics; Department of Health and Human Services v. Florida, medical loss ratio, health insurance exchanges and dual eligibles.
The Health Care and Life Sciences Law 2012 seminar will examine the current state of health care and life sciences law and what the future might hold. The faculty will help make sense of the broad range of issues confronting health care companies today: drug/device promotion and advertising; health care reform; structuring effective compliance programs; internal investigations best practices; compliant provider relationships; and federal and state compliance and investigation issues, including issues arising under disclosure, false claims, anti-kickback, and Stark laws.
