​Mintz Levin is proud to partner with the Coalition to Transform Advanced Care (C-TAC) in the presentation of the 2013 National Summit on Advanced Illness Care: A Roadmap for Transformation. Since C-TAC’s inception, Tom Koutsoumpas, the Mintz Levin Center for Health Law & Policy Executive Director, has served as Co-Founder and Co-Chair of the Coalition. In addition to Tom, other Center participants, including Alex Hecht, Gary Bacher, Joe Hammang and others, have also supported the efforts of the Coalition.
