Clean Tech 2010: Opportunities for a New Decade

Riedy, a member in the Corporate practice, Travis Blais, an associate in the Tax Section, and David J. Leiter, President, ML Strategies, Washington, D.C. will present "Clean Tech 2010: Opportunities for a New Decade." Topics to be discussed will include President Obama's recently proposed budget increase for the Department of Energy (DOE), planned tax incentives by fuel source, proposed domestic and cross-border tax structures, and prospective DOE loan guarantee programs for renewable energy.
