National Forum on Fraud and Abuse in the Sale and Marketing of Drugs in New York

Paul Pelletier will present "Defending Against Allegations of Fraud and Abuse under the UK Bribery and Foreign Corrupt Practices Acts" during the International Master Class workshop at the American Conference Institute's 12th National Forum on Fraud and Abuse in the Sale and Marketing of Drugs in New York. The presentation will include:
