On Tuesday, January 26, 2010, from 7:30 a.m. - 9:30 a.m., Martha J. Zackin, of counsel in the Employment, Labor and Benefits Section, will speak on "The Family Friendly Workplace" for the Northeast Human Resources Assocation. Topics to be discussed at this breakfast workshop include current legal obligations and any hurdles they may pose to obtaining a family-friendly workplace, currently pending and future legislative initiatives, and potential, alternative employment policies geared at making the workforce more family friendly.
