On June 8 - 9, 2010, members Hope S. Foster and Karen S. Lovitch, and associate Dianne J. Bourque, all in the Health Law practice, will speak at 6th Annual Medical Device and Diagnostic Compliance Congress. This two-day event brings together leading ethics, compliance, audit and legal executives from across the device and diagnostic industry to take a deeper look at the most pressing issues and share best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate company risk.

Hope will be moderating the "Trends in Enforcement — Fraud Issues in the Clinical Study and Marketing of Medical Devices" panel on June 8, at 4:45 p.m. Karen and Dianne will serve as panelists for "Re-Evaluate Compliance Controls Applicable to Clinical Research Activities," taking place on June 9, at 10:35 a.m.
