Lilly Ledbetter Aftermath: How the Law is Changing the Landscape for Employers & How to Be Prepared

The presentation will detail the origins of the Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Act of 2009, the current trend across courts in interpreting and applying the statute, and tips for employers to avoid liability and to deal with potentially longer statutes of limitations on discrimination claims.
