Performance Management and Employee Relations

On Thursday, November 18, 2010, from 7:30 a.m. – 9:30 a.m., Martha Zackin will be presenting at a Legal and Legislative Workshop for the Northeast Human Resources Association in Marlborough, Massachusetts. The topics of the workshop are "Performance Management and Employee Relations." By looking at issues from both the HR Manager and legal viewpoint, this workshop will help employers recognize—and avoid—the legal pitfalls associated with employee relations and performance management.
