Mintz Levin Represents Lowell General Hospital in Merger with Saints Medical Center

Attorneys from Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C., represented Lowell General Hospital in its recent merger with Saints Medical Center.  The newly merged hospital, which will operate as a single hospital with two campuses, will be known as Lowell General Hospital. 

The hospitals also announced the establishment of Circle Health, Inc. Circle Health is both the parent company of Lowell General Hospital and an umbrella organization that will align primary and specialty physician practices along with local and regional health providers in a system-based approach to deliver fully integrated health care.
