Mintz Levin’s Massachusetts Public Finance Section Achieves Band 1 Ranking

Burke, a Member of Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C’s Public Finance Section, as a leader in her field for Banking & Finance: Public Finance (Massachusetts). Ms. Burke has extensive experience in public finance and public agency representation serving as bond counsel, and as counsel to underwriters, borrowers, trustees, and purchasers in connection with tax-exempt and taxable general obligation and revenue financings related to transportation, higher education, health care, economic development, project finance, water, and wastewater. She also has vast experience with interest rate swaps and other hedging transactions for governmental, 501(c)(3), and corporate clients.
Ms. Burke is a member of the National Association of Bond Lawyers (NABL) and serves on the faculty of NABL's Fundamentals of Municipal Law. Ms. Burke was recognized in the 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012 editions of The Best Lawyers in America. She received her B.A. from Oberlin College in 1988 and her J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law in 1991.
