Mintz Levin also advised Canaccord in its closing of a secondary public offering of Telvent common stock in an overnight bought deal valued at nearly $60 million.
- Representing EnerNOC, a leading provider of clean and intelligent energy solutions, in a $100 million follow-on public offering.
- Representing FloDesign Wind Turbine Corp, a developer of high[efficiency shrouded wind turbines based on the application of mature aerospace technologies, in the closing of its $35 million Series B round of financing.
