Legal and financial experts from Mintz Levin and BlackFord Partners will discuss the various ways in which businesses can survive the downturn and also benefit from the eventual upturn. Some of the strategies they will discuss include: how to reduce cash burn and right-size your company, important legal requirements, the impact on your and your employee's equity stakes and how to retain key employees during these uncertain times.
