New York, NY – Stephen J. Gulotta, Jr. has been named Managing Member of the New York office of Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C. Mr. Gulotta, who also heads the firm's New York corporate practice, succeeds Robert Bodian who was named firm-wide Managing Member.

Throughout his career, Mr. Gulotta has worked on a broad range of domestic and cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, public and private offerings of securities, venture capital and private equity investments, leveraged buy-outs, recapitalizations, restructurings, joint ventures and strategic alliances. He has counseled clients in a variety of industries, including consumer products, electronics, financial services, life sciences, traditional and new media, telecommunications and sports and entertainment. He has extensive experience representing investment banking firms, particularly in connection with their advising clients in mergers and acquisitions.
