Mintz Levin Receives its Third Consecutive Perfect Score on Human Rights Campaign Foundation's 2010 Corporate Equality Index

Boston, MA - For the third straight year, Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C. has received a top rating of 100% on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation's Corporate Equality Index. The report examines and rates large U.S. employers and their benefits and protections for gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender employees.
The 2010 Corporate Equality Index rated 590 businesses nationwide based on various factors including non-discrimination policies, benefits for domestic partners and transgender employees, organizational LGBT competency, responsible citizenship and public commitment to outside LGBT-specific efforts. As a top rated firm, Mintz Levin will also be included in the Human Rights Campaign's "Best Places to Work" list.
