Mintz Levin Represents Navios Maritime Partners L.P. in $62.4 Million Follow-On Offering

New York, NY –  Corporate and tax attorneys from the New York and Boston offices of  Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C. represented Navios Maritime Partners L.P., a master limited partnership traded on the New York Stock Exchange, in its follow-on public offering of 4,025,000 common units, which includes the full exercise of the underwriter's over-allotment option, at $15.51 per unit, raising gross proceeds of approximately $62.4 million.

The joint book running managers for this offering were Citi and J.P. Morgan and the co-managers were S. Goldman Capital LLC, DVB Capital Markets, Cantor Fitzgerald & Co., Lazard Capital Markets LLC and DnB NOR Markets.
 
The Mintz Levin team was led by corporate members Ken Koch and Todd Mason, with assistance from associates Samuel Effron and Sara FelderMichael Lieberman, head of the firm's tax practice, also advised on the transaction.
