Mintz Levin Attorney Kim V. Marrkand Elected ACLU of Massachusetts President

Kim V. Marrkand, a member in Mintz Levin's Litigation Section and Chair of the firm's Insurance/Reinsurance Practice Group, has been elected President of the Board of Directors of the American Civil Liberties Union of Massachusetts. Ms. Marrkand will serve a two-year term.
