Publication Identifies Danzig as one of the "California Lawyers Companies Turn to First"
San Diego, CA – Mitch Danzig, a member in the San Diego office of Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C. has been named one of the top 60 labor and employment lawyers in California by the Daily Journal. The annual list of California's top labor and employment was featured as part of the publication's special Labor & Employment supplement in the July 14th issue.
Mr. Danzig practices in the Employment, Labor and Benefits, Litigation, Israel Business and Intellectual Property Sections of Mintz Levin and has extensive experience in employment law, intellectual property litigation and complex commercial litigation. His work focuses on litigation in the areas of trade secrets, employee mobility, wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, contracts, defamation, wage and hour, and unfair competition. He has represented employers before numerous state and federal agencies including the Equal Employment and Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing (DFEH), the California Labor Commissioner, and the Department of Justice (DOJ).
