Mintz Levin Represents Navios Maritime Acquisition Corporation in Tender Offer Closing

New York, NY – Corporate attorneys from the New York and Boston offices of Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C. closed a warrant sweetener/tender offer for Navios Maritime Acquisition Corporation, an owner and operator of tanker vessels focusing on the transportation of petroleum products and bulk liquid chemicals. The transaction raised approximately $90 million in cash and simplified Navios' capital structure by eliminating much of its warrant overhang.
