Mintz Levin Attorney Yalonda Howze Named to 2011 Boston's Future Leaders

Boston, MA - Mintz Levin attorney Yalonda Howze has been selected by the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce as one of the 2011 Boston's Future Leaders.  Ms. Howze will participate in a year-long program which aims to engage the "leaders of tomorrow in the business and civic life of our community by providing a platform for professional development and significant opportunities for growth and exposure." Launched in 2004, the program offers numerous opportunities, including leadership development programs at Harvard Business School and Suffolk University Sawyer Business School.

Ms. Howze is an associate in the firm’s Litigation section. In 2008, she was recognized by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly as a "Rising Star" of the Massachusetts Bar.  She is a member of the American Bar Association, a Board member of the Lawyers' Committee for Civil Rights Under Law, and a Steering Committee member of We Are Boston.

She earned her A.B. from the University of Michigan, her M.Div. from Harvard University and her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law.
