Mintz Levin Attorney Benjamin L. Wagner Honored by the San Diego Daily Transcript as 2010 "Young Attorney"

San Diego, CA – Mintz Levin Attorney Benjamin L. Wagner has been named a 2010 "Young Attorney" by the San Diego Daily Transcript. One of 46 associates on the publication's list, the award recognizes the San Diego legal community's up and coming stars who were nominated by their peers and judged by an independent panel of legal experts. The "Young Attorneys" have demonstrated they are hard working and detail-oriented, knowledgeable and enthusiastic, ethical and professional, and committed to furthering the interests of justice in society. The finalists were honored in a special edition of the Daily Transcript.
Mr. Wagner is an associate in the firm's Litigation practice, where his practice focuses on patent, trademark, unfair competition and copyright litigation. He also handles complex litigation and real estate disputes and prosecutes trademarks before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office. An active participant in the firm's pro bono efforts, Mr. Wagner is a member of the firm's Pro Bono Committee and oversees the San Diego office’s domestic violence program. He served on the Federal Bar Association’s 2010 national Task Force on Law School Outreach, and currently serves on the local chapter's Executive Committee, where he is the co-editor of the chapter newsletter.
