Boston, MA - Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C. recently announced that it represented biopharmaceutical companies ImmunoGen, Inc. and Targacept, Inc. in follow-on public offerings with gross proceeds of $96 million and approximately $86 million, respectively.
ImmunoGen, Inc., a Waltham, Massachusetts-based company that develops targeted anticancer therapeutics, sold 7 million shares priced at $12 per share, and Winston-Salem, North Carolina-based Targacept, Inc., a company that develops NNR Therapeutics™ for nervous system diseases and disorders, sold approximately 4.2 million shares priced at $20.50 per share.
