New York, NY – A team of attorneys from Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C. represented Cleveland BioLabs, Inc. (NASDAQ:CBLI) in a registered direct shelf offering of $23.5 million of the company’s securities.
Cleveland BioLabs, Inc, a biotechnology company involved in developing drugs for multiple medical and defense applications, sold an aggregate of approximately 5.873 million shares of its common stock and warrants exercisable for up to approximately 2.936 million additional shares of common stock.
