Boston, MA – Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C. ranked fourth in the Vault 2012 “Best Firms to Work For” annual ranking. It is the second time the firm has been ranked fourth among the country’s largest law firms for associate satisfaction. The firm was also ranked among the Vault’s Top 100 most prestigious law firms in the country.
“We are very gratified that the firm’s associates find that the environment in which they work is one which supports their growth as lawyers, encourages camaraderie and rewards their efforts to give back to the community,” said Robert I. Bodian, Managing Member of Mintz Levin and head of the New York Litigation Section
The “Best Firms to Work For” rankings are based on surveys administered by the Vault in which associates are asked to provide their opinions of their law firms on a variety of topics including: overall satisfaction, associate and partner relations, compensation, firm culture, training, hours and pro bono, among other criteria.
Mintz Levin also was recognized this week with a Gold Standard Certification by the Women in Law Empowerment Forum (WILEF) for the leadership roles women at the firm have assumed.
