Mintz Levin Counsels TransForm Pharmaceuticals in Acquisition

Boston, MA - Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C. today announced that it represented TransForm Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in the negotiation of the recently announced agreement for its acquisition. The cash-for-stock transaction is valued at approximately $230 million.
