Mintz Levin Represents WorldWide Retail Exchange (WWRE) in Merger With GNX to Form Agentrics

Washington, D.C. - Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C. today announced that it represented WorldWide Retail Exchange LLC (WWRE) in its merger with GlobalNetExchange to form Agentrics LLC, creating the retail industry's largest commercial collaboration platform for retailers and their trading partners. Mintz Levin has served as outside counsel to the WWRE since its formation in 2000. Through the merger, Agentrics has consolidated a customer base of almost $1 trillion in revenues. This transaction brings together two separate businesses serving more than 50 global retailers and thousands of suppliers, manufacturers and distributors.
