Paul Wilson to serve on the Yearly Seminar on Land Use and Development Law: Strategies for Dealing with New Issues

On May 12, 2006, Paul Wilson will again serve on the yearly seminar in Boston on "Land Use and Development Law: Strategies for Dealing with New Issues," a panel discussion aimed at developers, government officials, attorneys, and real estate professionals. Paul will speak on the topic of exactions, the semi-voluntary development "deals" in which a town grants a rezoning or other development approval to a developer, who then provides benefits to the town in return.
