Tim Langella and Steve Torres Obtain Jury Verdict Award in Excess of $2.2 Million

On May 4, 2006, after a 12 day jury trial in Norfolk Superior Court in Dedham, Massachusetts, Tim Langella and Steve Torres obtained a jury verdict award in excess of $2.2 million for our client Downer & Company, LLC. The award was equal to the full monetary damages sought by Downer & Company, an investment bank that was improperly denied a fee after successfully securing a covered transaction for one of its own clients.
