Mintz Levin securities law practitioners will lead a comprehensive review and analysis of the changes and effects of these new rules, together with interactive examples and sample disclosures, and recommended actions for companies and their compensation committees to respond to the changes. Companies considering an initial public offering will also benefit from this workshop, as the new rules also govern disclosure in registration statement filings with the SEC. In addition, the program will benefit participants who negotiate employment agreements for executives of public companies, as it will discuss the detailed disclosure required in SEC filings regarding executive employment agreements and arrangements.
