Accreditation, Licensing & Certification

Health care providers regularly face a broad array of accreditation, licensing, and certification demands imposed by state and federal governments. Our Health Law attorneys can counsel your company on obtaining and renewing the approvals you need to operate, whether it is for a hospital, clinic, skilled nursing facility, pharmacy, laboratory, or a physician. If your company is facing a revocation, suspension, or restriction of a necessary approval, we can assist you in challenging the government action.

Accreditation, licensing, and certification issues arise in a wide variety of situations, including capital development and facility construction, mergers and acquisitions, and implementation of new technologies or innovative services. Our lawyers can guide you through these situations to help you get favorable results.
