Our team has represented developers, owners, and investors across the globe with developing and acquiring a variety of projects, including renewable energy projects, solid and hazardous waste management facilities, industrial facilities, hotels, regional shopping centers and industrial office parks, numerous major downtown developments, and waterfront industrial and mixed-use projects.

Engagements
We have provided counsel on the development and financing and sales and acquisitions of distributed and wholesale electricity generation projects, including solar, wind, co-generation, hydro, biofuels, biomass, landfill gas, biogas, waste-to-energy, natural gas, and coal. We have worked on financing large projects with significant environmental challenges, including brownfields development. In addition to our work on utility-scale solar, wind, and biomass energy projects, we have a particular focus on distributed generation projects, and we are one of the few national law firms specializing in waste facilities and waste to energy, including landfill operations, landfill gas, biofuels, anaerobic digestion, waste handling and transportation, wastewater treatment and wastewater gas, sewer sludge, wood waste, and agricultural waste.
