The firm serves as bond counsel, underwriters' counsel and borrower's counsel on financings throughout the Northeast, including financings for hospitals, nursing homes, assisted-living facilities, congregate care facilities, research and development facilities, colleges, universities, secondary schools, cultural institutions and human service providers. As an adjunct to this financing work, Mintz Levin also serves as special advocacy counsel to National Council of Health Facilities Finance Authorities (NCHFFA) and National Association of Higher Educational Facilities Authorities (NAHEFA), assisting these issuer trade organizations in developing and advocating for their national legislative and regulatory agendas.
