Antitrust Litigation

Backed by the bench strength of 100+ litigators, Mintz Levin’s antitrust litigation practice is national in scope and comprised of a core group of attorneys focused on representing clients in complex litigation, class action, and unfair / deceptive trade practice issues under both federal and state competition laws.  We have successfully defended clients as trial and appellate counsel across a variety of sectors, notably including health care and communications.

With offices on both U.S. coasts and a broad network of local counsel contacts in every state, Mintz Levin is well positioned to handle any antitrust litigation matter, including major government investigations and multi-state class actions.  We regularly advise clients on how to comply with state and federal antitrust laws, consumer protection laws, and other business regulations. We also help clients avoid litigation by successfully guiding them through the transaction review process before the Department of Justice and Federal Trade Commission.

We have represented major corporations in matters involving mergers and acquisitions, price fixing, monopolization, bundling of services, price discrimination, and market allocation.
