We advise clients regarding ongoing regulatory compliance and permit matters involving hazardous waste and toxic substance management and control; air quality control; surface water, groundwater, and storm water discharges; emissions reporting; underground storage tank compliance; and groundwater withdrawals.
Many environmental statutes carry criminal as well as civil penalties, and we work closely with clients to create audit programs and other institutional checks on environmental compliance in order to avoid liability pitfalls.
