We’ve achieved noteworthy successes in every phase of class action litigation, from motions to dismiss, through class certification and summary judgment motions, and on to trial.
Having taken class actions to trial, Mintz Levin attorneys are prepared to address each class action on its merits, rather than viewing settlement as the sole means of resolving class action litigation.
