Prior to joining Mintz Levin, Vita was a contract attorney at the Massachusetts Office of the Attorney General in the Civil Rights Division and the Consumer Protection Division, where she assisted in the development of a predatory lending case.
Vita was a Summer Associate at Mintz Levin in both 2007 and 2008. During law school, she served as a legal intern in the Fund Administration Department at State Street Corporation, in the Legal Department at the Boston Stock Exchange, and in the Insurance and Financial Services Division at the Massachusetts Office of the Attorney General. Vita also worked as a legal intern for a Massachusetts civil litigation attorney, where she performed legal research and drafted complaints, motions, and an appellate brief.
During law school, she was the recipient of the CALI Excellence Award for both Mediation and Massachusetts Practice and Procedure.
