During law school, Alexandra was a legal intern for the Major Narcotics Investigations Bureau of the Kings County District Attorney's Office.
Before law school, Alexandra was active in numerous political campaigns. In 2002, 2004, and 2005, she was an intern for Eliot Spitzer's campaign for New York State Attorney General and later, Governor. She has also worked as a scheduling intern for Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton. In 2008 and 2009, Alexandra spent a year working at Lenox Hill Hospital as a legal fellow.
