Anne’s practice focuses on a wide range of technologies, including telecommunications, electronics and electrical engineering, computer architecture, software and business methods, and mechanical engineering. Her specific technical experience includes internal combustion engines, vehicle technology, green technologies, printing technology and medical devices. She is experienced in all aspects of patent practice including drafting, prosecution, oppositions, opinions and client portfolio management as well as providing advice on third-party issues, such as infringement and validity. Anne also handles design matters.

Anne is a Chartered Patent Attorney (2002) and a European Patent Attorney (2003), and she won the prize for the highest mark in the drafting paper in the Chartered Institute of Patent Attorneys finals examination. She is also a European Design Attorney and Chartered Engineer.

Before joining Mintz Levin, Anne worked for a London-based firm of patent attorneys, and previous to that, she worked as an engineer in an automotive consultancy.
