Quincy focuses on corporate and transactional law. His practice includes a variety of transactional matters for for-profit and nonprofit clients. He routinely advises clients on corporate formation, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and general business counseling. Quincy also has experience advising nonprofit clients on formation, charitable solicitation compliance, corporate governance and best practices, and obtaining tax-exempt status.
Another aspect of Quincy’s practice includes counseling clients on various aspects of federal procurement law, including providing counsel on matters pertaining to commercial item procurements and contract formation and performance.
During law school, Quincy served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Yvette Kane, chief judge for the US District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. He also served as a comments editor for the Penn State Law Review.

- Represented publicly traded pharmacy and health care service provider in a $57MM purchase of assets of a chain of 19 drug stores
- Represented a software applications and tools supplier for digital cinema mastering in a $12MM sale of its outstanding capital stock to a private company
- Represented Lowell General Hospital, a Massachusetts nonprofit corporation, in its affiliation and merger with Saints Medical Center
